Home phone harassment by a scammer
In the last two weeks I have received 35 phone calls from LC D FLMBEAU WI. I have blocked each time I receive a call because they come from different phone numbers. Short of canceling my home phone with Comcast, what can be done about this?

We understand how frustrating that would be. Receiving 35 calls in two weeks is excessive, especially when the number changes each time and blocking one number does not stop the next one.
Since you have Xfinity Voice, you can use the call blocking and screening options available through your Xfinity Voice settings. If the calls are coming from different spoofed numbers, blocking each individual number may only help a little, but enabling features like anonymous call rejection or other call screening settings may reduce the number of calls that get through.
We also recommend not answering or interacting with the calls, since scam callers may continue calling if they know the number is active. You can also report the calls to the FCC or FTC and make sure your number is listed on the National Do Not Call Registry.
