@XfinityJorge​ no, question wasn't answered. I tried 4x to use the AI automated system and ran in circles. Finally got through to the Philippines (which is fine) and spent 2 more hours. Person there was very nice and helpful. Landline works now. Now I have only been able to connect 2 of 4 security cameras! Gotta return to sore in person, AGAIN

You didn't lease their modem, How much for a service call. Yea I'm not mocking you. I"m going through the same I'm NOT paying for a service call to fix Xfinity's problem

My land line coming into the house went dead at 5:00 pm on 6/1/2025. No voltage on line from street when it should be 48 volts DC. This is the second time it failed in a month. Last time I was out for four days. How do I get in contact with a live person at Comcast/Exfinity? The digital assistant is of no help; no programmed to address such an issue. I need a technician.
