Backup battery case won't pair-constant Green blinking light

 

My Xfinity Voice Backup Battery Case is stuck in Blinking Green LED indicates “Pairing” mode.  Tried the usual, unplug, reboot etc.  Help please.

Activation

  • Blinking Blue LED indicates “Bootup”
  • Blinking Green LED indicates “Pairing”
  • Steady Blue LED indicates “Ready”
  • No alert
  • No alert
  • 1 beep

Normal Operation

  • Steady Blue LED

Oh gosh, I'm sorry to hear this is happening! I'd like to get troubleshooting started and see why this is happening. Have you attempted to reboot your modem and then pair it again? 

I no longer work for Comcast.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Will someone from Xfinity please respond.  The backup batter case is in constant "Green-Pairing" mode.  It will not turn to a steady Blue-Ready status.  I've tried rebooting, repairing, everything.  HELP NOW PLEASE!
