activate my land line?

connection marked 2 has a small green light , but tried them all. have restarted thru the web site 4 times. since I changed my plan 2 months ago cant get service I need my home phone !

The Voice ports should not have LED indicator lights. That is usually for the Ethernet ports. Do you have an Xfinity Gateway rental or using a personal modem? A list and pictures of our Xfinity Gateways can be found by visiting our 'Overview of Xfinity Gateways' support page.
