Xfinity voice not working

I keep getting a message, as does callers trying to reach me, that says "the mailbox number you're trying to reach is not in service."  Does anyone know how to fix this? I was on the phone with Comcast once for four hours and again for two hours. Both times, I was disconnected. Comcast doesn't seem to know how to fix the problem. TIA.

Thank you for posting your concern in our Forums. Sounds like your Xfinity Voice is not working at all; whether you are trying to call someone or when someone is calling you. I am sorry that you are having this issue, but the good news is that you've come to the right place for help. I would like to run some diagnostic scans from my end, and work towards fixing this issue. Since I will need your account information to do this, please send me a Direct Message with your full name and address? You can send me a Direct Message by clicking the chat Icon in the upper right (it will say Direct Messaging when you hover over it, and it is left of the notification bell). After clicking that, click on the pen/pad icon, and lastly Xfinity Support. Thank you.

@XfinityDaryl    I would like to have similar assistance.  Xfinity supposedly fixed this issue for us a few months ago but the issue came back and one line still has no voice mail access.  Tried again with Xfinity, promised a call back and never did.  If this doesn't get resolved for good we'll be dropping this line.  Please get in touch.
