Xfinity Voice calls showing on TV

When someone would call our Xfinity Voice number it would show on the TV in the living room, now it only shows on the basement TV.  How do I get that switched back to the living room TV?

Hi there! Our awesome digital care team will be happy to help! It seems like you just need to enable the notifications on the box! I have posted some information below that will help! Take a look and let us know if you have any questions! 

Set On-Screen Notifications on X1

Access Notifications Settings

To access Notifications:

  1. Using the remote, press the xfinity button.
  2. Highlight Settings (the gear icon) and press OK.

    The Main Menu is displayed, with the Settings at the lower right.

  3. Highlight Preferences and press OK.
    Settings menu displays with Preferences option highlighted.
  4. Highlight Notifications and press OK.

    Preferences menu displays with General option highlighted. Notifications is the second option.

  5. Highlight the notification you want to change, then press OK on the remote to turn the notification on or off.
    Notifications menu lists available notifications and indicates if each option is turned on or off.
  6. Click Exit to finish.
