Any touch-tone wired or cordless phone that works with a conventional "Plain Old Telephone Service" line should work with Comcast's home phone service.

@user_a3d052 This is a great question. Most equipment works fine with Xfinity Voice, but there are a few products that do not.

I have s link to hare that ha a list of equipment that's known to have a high probability of errors with Xfinity Voice service:

https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/incompatible-equipment-phone

I did not see the KX-TGF575S on this list.

Please let us know if you have more questions.

As long as the phone is compatible with our Xfinity Voice services, it will also work with our Voicemail feature. Were you able to take a look at that list to see the devices currently compatible?

If your device is not on that list you should be good to go! Are you having any issues with getting your phone set up? If so, I would be happy to help you with the activation process.
