WHY can't I block more than 25 numbers???

What a joke! I have to delete to add new ones? Really?? I have an AT&T phone that blocks up to 100 numbers BUT it still rings once. With Xfinity blocked numbers don't ring but who was the cornball that limited it to 25? Xfinity has the capabilities and yet I see comments over a year or two old with Xfinity reps saying they will forward the suggestion to get that changed. It hasn't! Spam calls are relentless and Xfinity does nothing to protect their customers!! WHY NOT?????? Fix this feature, add it to your equipment or I'm considering a new phone service! My home phone has gotten worse and worse with the fake calls due to hackers getting their lists from Xfinity. Seems all the friends I know with Xfinity voice have this exact problem. Come on already!!!

Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Communities!
We can most certainly understand wanting to restrict any unwanted phone calls, and the good news is, we do indeed offer a variety of ways to do so!
It sounds like you're familiar with our call screening feature, but I'll be sure to include a link here that provides other methods to be able to restrict and help lessen the unwanted calls that you may be receiving!

Thanks but woefully lacking. I have all these setups and more but I still can't get Xfinity to block them except in the Spam blocker WHICH ONLY BLOCKS UP TO 25 NUMBERS. Find me a person who gets less than 25 spam calls in a given month and I'll give you a golden ticket! The other stuff you suggest doesn't do enough! SMH.

Thank you for your feedback! I understand, I know I don't like to receive those calls. I wanted to be sure to share this article with some additional information about how to stop unsolicited Robo calls to your home which may help.

We greatly appreciate your feedback @user_e18fd9! We're always looking for ways to improve our service. This link is a great way to let us know what we can do better! In the meantime, this link explains the option that still allows the phone to ring once, but will then block it from ringing any further, and will work for an unlimited number of known spam numbers. This works on all calls determined to be from an illegal robocaller or telemarketer.

I no longer work for Comcast.

Fully agree!  This 25 blocked call limit is absurd.  Time to look for another carrier...

Totally agree and there are numerous of these fora with exact same complaint that 25 is simply not enough. Xfinity responses usually the same…we will pass it on….or the above responses that are almost like they did not read the complaint and are sending articles on how to block calls but not at all addressing the limit issue. Blocking 25 numbers and forcing us to delete at 25 to add another, is woefully deficient and Xfinity clearly is aware of the exponential increase in spam calls with no corresponding increase in the amount of calls we are able block. Sadly this will not lead to any change.
