What happened to Nomorobo?

Xfinity chose to remove Nomorobo feature and implement their Spam call feature that doesn't work. Nomorobo disconnected spam calls after one ring, their new spam service stinks! With the new spam feature, the phone continues to ring until the answering machine answers. If the spammer chooses to leave a message you have to listen to the message and delete then it.

With the high costs we are paying for this service, can we get something that works?

As far as I know you can still use it. If for whatever reason it's gone you can take theses steps https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/nomorobo to try and reintegrate it.

For whatever reason, Nomorobo was deactivated on my phone and my mom's phone when the Xfinity spam feature kicked in. I reactivated it, hopefully the annoying calls will be blocked again.
