VOICEMAIL WEBSITE PROBLEM
I have a hearing problem and I desperately need to access the VOICE MAIL website to hear Voicemail messages which I have always used. It is a Voicemail WEBSITE issue -- NOT Voicemail CALLS. I have not been able to access the voice mail WEBSITE for the last 4 days getting an ERROR message. I have been tossed around 5 live agents -- these live agents only gave me CANNED responses from the Xfinity help. On June 14, supposedly the issue was escalated -- yet no result from escalation so far. Last Line of Quote From Agent on June 14: "Agent (01:05 pm): Yes, sure! I am escalating the issue to our higher team as you are experiencing the problem with the voicemail website. Just allow me a moment; I will provide all the notes to the team so that they can assist you in the best way possible." I cannot DM on Forum unless invited. I hope XFINITY FORUM can resolve this issue. Thank you.
