Voicemail isn't working

When I try to log-into my voicemail using my home phone, I get a message that "this mailbox is currently unavailable."  I am getting notifications that voicemail messages are there, but can't access them. If I dial *99, I get the same error message.  If I log into the account online to try to check voicemail there, it says "An error occurred while processing this request. Please sign out and try again later."  How do I fix this and access my voicemail messages?

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section for assistance.

Thank you.  I couldn't find where to post trouble with voicemail.

Hi, I am also having the same current issue -- cannot listen to my voicemail via phone or my account. How do I fix this and access my voicemail messages? Thank you.

Hello user_2awdwx are we receiving the same error messages when dialing into *99 as well? Are you having other home telephone issues such as dropped calls, static/interference, or no dial tone? Have we attempted to perform troubleshooting via the Xfinity App and restarting the modem?
