unblocking my cell number

My Xfinity landline is blocking my cell phone so that if I try to phone home using my cell, the call is blocked. I’ve checked on line and the number is not listed as blocked. How do I unblock my number so I, like ET, can phone home?

I worked with chat and am awaiting a resolution.

No, the problem still persists...Our home phone is still blocking when I call home from my cell
