How can I receive text messages

Just to confirm, are you trying to see how you can receive text messages on your Xfinity landline phone at home, or are you asking how you can receive text messages on an Xfinity Mobile cell phone?
@XfinityChristopher I need to chime in here. Have had Xfinity Mobile since it started. Just got new Moto One 5G Ace phones a couple of months ago and not receiving all SMS text messages. When we test between our two phones it works but I am not getting text messages from others that I used to get regularly. One if from my hairdresser reminding me of appts. When she sends it the second or third time I get it but wondered if there is an Xfinity texting problem?
