Hello - same issue here. Found out after 2+ hrs on cell with Comcast chat that I had to fix issue on my own. Reset/re-send signal......
Check the connection on the back of the modem. Phone jack was connected into wrong port. Try that good luck. As Comcast customers we are like sailors stranded on a deserted island.
Our Xfinity IP phone drops calls. I worked with Comcast support and they couldn't find the problem and told me to contact them again when it happens again. No help there.
Hi, @user_0210b3. I am sorry to hear you weren't getting the assistance you needed. Can you please send me a private message so we can look further into this? Look on the right hand side at the top, there should be a chat icon, select Xfinity Support and make sure to include your name and address so we can pull you up. I will look into what's already been done.

Our business land line phones are not working properly. We switched over from Windstream to Comcast in Jan. this year and have had a problem ever since. Windstream has exhausted all help on their end since comcast thought it was a translator switch. Calls can be heard as a ring, we pick up and hear the clicks and pause and more clicks. If the caller stays on long enough the call may go thru. During this time the caller is only hearing ringing. So they think we're not here. If too many rings go unanswered it should go into the voice mail. Our voice mail stays empty.
Hi there! We would be happy to assist you. Can you initiate a chat and start with your full name and address? To start a chat, please click the chat icon in the top right of the page! Search for Xfinity Support, if needed. Talk to you there!

What is the fix to our issue? Need to know!
