Home Phone Number Changed

Internet service & home phone connection installed 10/24/2025. Next day realized no calls on home phone so I checked & found out home phone number had been changed WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I have to have my old phone number back as this is the only reason for my land line. What can I do to have this changed back ASAP?
