Deleting 200 voicemail messages

I am helping an 88 year old friend who just got a new landline phone and uses the Xfinity system.  It says that her voice mailbox is full and that she has 200 messages.  She never knew about Xfinity voicemail with her old phone.  How can she delete all of these at once?  Does she really have to delete one at a time?

Thank you

Hello @user_20cbe6! Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand wanting to delete all the voicemails at once. You can log in to our connect website and selecting "voice" at the top. You'll see a list of all the voicemails, and on the top left you'll see a red circle with a box you can check to mark all voicemails as heard. Select the box, and then actions, and send to trash.
