Completely Disable / Turn Off Voicemail

Please someone help.  I want to completely turn off the voicemail feature.  I do not want it.  I want to disable it, I want to remove it, I want to turn if off.  How can I do this or get it done?  Thanks.

Sorry, I was not aware that I violated rules.  In the meantime, I know there is no way for a customer to disable voicemail, I have been searching for months.  Can you help me by doing it yourself?
