Google says:

  • Press the xfinity button on your remote    
  • Select Settings (gear icon)                          
  • Select Preferences                                      
  • Select Notifications                                   
  • Highlight Xfinity Voice and press OK to switch between ON and OFF.

Good evening user_44gruo. I would be happy to assist you further. I do have a couple of questions to better understand the situation. Have you already unplugged the box from the electrical outlet for 30-seconds? Have you changed any equipment, or your plan recently? When did this issue begin?
