Caller ID not longer on tv screen

When  I upgraded/changed my account package, my phone was disconnected from the account.  The phone was subsequently reconnected, but the id of incoming calls no longer shows on my television screen.  Is there a solution?

Hi @Highlander945! Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention so that we can make sure your Caller ID is working without issue. Is the Caller ID working on your phone or is it not working for both your phone and on the TV? Are all phone numbers that call you having this same result?

I have the same issue, but we haven't changed anything related to account. Caller ID shows up OK in phone log from within my account.

It sounds like just the TV isn't reflecting the Caller ID then, right @PA_WOODCHUCK ? It might sounds silly, but since the X1 platform, the internet and the home phone all use the modem, have you attempted a full reboot of that? Sometimes that can force the subscribed services to reprovision and work out any hiccups :)
