Bridge Mode and Voice Services

I just recently switched onto Bridge Mode for my gateway (XB8), and as soon as I had set up my google WiFi Pro as for my router my voice services had stopped working. I had tried calling my home phone, and it would forward me straight to voicemail which is quite unusual. Before I did this, it was not on bridge mode at all and the gateway would act as a modem and router. Everything was working fine, same with the voice service. But as soon as I switched it the voice service had stopped working. I did have it on the first phone port in the modem and tried turning the phone off and on and yet nothing has worked. Anyone has a solution to this problem?

@user_0egef1 Thanks for reaching out over our Community Forums.

Enabling Bridge Mode on the Xfinity Gateway should only disable Router functionality, leaving only one ethernet port active. It should not impact the TEL 1 or TEL 2 ports on the Gateway. You might try restarting the Gateway after enabling bridge mode so that your Xfinity Voice service can provision.

I tried that still does not work. I lifted up my home phone to see if I have a dial tone and I do not have one.
