Why can't I send DM's?
I actually got a response from an actual CC employee. They suggested I DM “Xfinity Support” with my account information to have my issues looked at more closely.
But when I try to create a new DM my cursor just changes to a "red slashed circle" and the "pen and paper" icon is not selectable.
How do send a DM when I am not allowed to send DM's?
