request for an accounting record
I have made multiple requests for a full accounting record of my account from inception. I started service right around May 2005. I wish to be in compliance with the IRS and need to get my accounting in order and need the full accounting record. For me to be in compliance with the IRS, I need to supply them an accounting of the ledger for goods and services ordered by the consumer.

As advised by my colleagues, we do not provide W-9, 1099-OID or other tax documents for Residential Service accounts. These items are available for Comcast Business customers only. If you're inquiring about a Comcast Business account, we would direct you to post in the Comcast Business Forums.
Xfinity Residential Services are meant for personal, residential, non-commercial use only.
These forms are only available online through the links provided, calling into customer support or by contacting the Comcast Business Team via chat.
Please contact Comcast Business via live chat or call us at 800-391-3000 to request a copy of Comcast Business’s W-9 form.

Thanks for letting us know about the troubles you're having with getting records. To view past bills, please follow these steps:
Log on to My Account.
Click the Billing tab.
Click View Bill History.
Here, you can view PDF copies of your previous billing statements.
Click View More if needed.
Note: You can view your past statements up to 24 months prior to your current billing cycle.
We do not currently have a method of retrieving bills past 24 months back. Please let us know if you have any other inquiries, or if you're having trouble viewing the bills online!
