problems with a land line battery pack

I received anew gateway upgrade for my old gateway through the mail and while I was swapping it out I found the wiring from the battery pack to the new gateway  would not work, The wire connector from the battery pack going to the new gateway was a different size bullet connector, too small and that wire is hardwired into the battery pack, non removeable. The wire from the power adapter was wrong also but I can use my old power adapter. Is there any adapter kits available?

Hey @user_7h5yw3 , Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to reach out regarding the battery pack. There is not an adapter that is available for the older battery packs to the newer modems. The new alternatives are the Xfinity Pro Wi-Fi when it is normal conditions the Pro Wi-Fi acts a signal extender in your home with a battery backup optional to ensure you stay connected. Please check out more details here Xfinity Pro Keeps You Connected with WiFi Backup.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
