Neighbors xfinity cable line ran across my property
Xfinitys line is ran across my driveway which is 150 feet from the county’s utility easement.
Our drive way is not county maintained & is private property.
We have to use our own tractor for the up keep of the driveway.
My husband was maintaining our private property with the tractor which caught the cable line in our driveway. Xfinity sent someone out to repair, we instructed the repair man that the line is in private property and should not be ran across our drive.
The repair man said he would contact his supervisor to tell them he spoke with the property owners and we didn’t authorize permission for Xfinity to run their wire across our drive. When we returned from town. The Xfinity tech had repaired and left the line across the private drive.
Again the county’s utility easement is 150 feet away from Xfinitys cable that is on my driveway . Every time we use our tractor, it possible for this line to be damaged maintaining my property.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with the Xfinity cable line running across your private property. It's understandable that this situation is frustrating, especially given the proximity to the county's utility easement and the impact on your driveway maintenance.
We appreciate you informing the repair technician about the unauthorized placement of the cable line. It's concerning that the line was repaired and left across your private drive despite your clear instructions. I understand how this could lead to potential damage every time you use your tractor.
Please send us a direct message so we can continue to resolve this issue promptly. We will ensure that the cable line is relocated to avoid further inconvenience and potential damage.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to make this right.
