Issue with Signing Into Forums
My wife has used the forums often and has never had an issue until lately. She logs into her account, goes to the forums where she has to sign in again. When she clicks sign in a box immediately pops up that says:
It then lists her user name, user id and email (email area is grayed so you can't change it)
There's then a box that you have to check accepting the forum guidelines and then Complete Registration.
She'll check the box, click Complete Registration and then she gets an error that says: Email address already exists. Please use a different email address.
There's no way passed this box once it pops up and it won't let you put in another email address. Even if she uses another comcast email to log in with, she gets this box with the other email in it. She's used the forums for a very long time so there is no reason for her to complete registration, she's obviously alread registered.
Sometimes I myself cannot get into the forums; I'll be logged in as me but this box will pop up with her information in it!!
We've tried clearing history and cache....also have tried different devices, they all do the same thing.
