I received a private message from a comcast agent, but can't figure out how to reply to it. I don't see a reply button to click on. What am i missing? Thanks.

@Jgp9,

Welcome to the Xfinity Forum and thanks so much for posting your question here.

To reply to an Xfinity Forum private message follow the steps below:

  • On any page in the forum click the little envelope icon next to your avatar image.

  • You will then be in your private message box. By default, it will take you to your inbox (received messages). Click on the title of the private message to open/view the message. Reply3.png

  • Once inside the message body, click the "Reply" button to reply to the message you are currently viewing. You can also start a completely new message string to the same user or different user by clicking the "New Message" buttonReply 2.png

We hope this helps. Please let us know if you need anything else or have any other Xfinity Forum questions.
