Post Indicators
With the launch of the 2021 Xfinity Forum redesign there have been some recent changes to our Post Indicators we want to ensure everyone knows what changed.

Accepted Solutions - indicates when a question post has a solution that has been accepted by the author. |
Green Check Mark and “ANSWERED” Indicator (found in upper right of the post on board view) |
On Board View (above post title):

Green “Accepted Solution” indicator on post and when viewing on the associated board. |
Official Solution – indicates when the Accepted Solution for a post is also the approved Official Comcast Solution |
This feature did not exist with the previous design |

Blue “Official Solution” indicator on post and when viewing on the associated board. |
Escalated Posts - indicate when a post has been brought to the attention of our Forum Engagement Team for immediate assistance, this is done by our customer Community Experts |
Red Exclamation Point and “ESCALATED” Indicator (found in upper right corner of the post when viewing on a board) |

Red “Escalated” indicator on post and when viewing on the associated board. |
Closed Posts - indicates when a post has been closed/“locked” and can no longer accept replies |
Grey Lock and “LOCKED” Indicator (found in upper right of the post on board view) |

Grey “Closed” indicator on post and when viewing on the associated board. |
Read/Unread Posts – indicates if you have read a post previously or if the post is still unread by you. |
Blue bar indicating when a post is unread. The blue bar disappeared once the post had been read. |

Read Post:
Post title on board view will be blue when unread and will be grey when read |
Badges
Replies - Received for replying to posts.
Topics - Received for posting a new topic/question.
Best Answers - Received for having your reply marked as the Best Answer to a post.
Kudos - Received for receiving Kudos from the community.
Knowldege Base - Received for having any of your posts turned into a Community Knowledge Base article
Unified - Received for completing all the actions listed above
Expert - Received by our Community Customer Experts.
Community Users
- Community Members
- Community Customer Experts this is a paying Comcast customer that can easily be identified by their role (listed below their username on posts) and their unified Expert signature on all their posts
- Official Comcast Employee can be easily identified by the "Comcast" before their name, the unified "X" avatar, and their unified signature on all their posts
Official Employees are from multiple teams within Xfinity: CARE, Product, Leadership.
