Direct messaging option disappeared

I previously sent a direct message to Xfinity Support, but the direct message option is no longer visible in the top-right corner. How can I check for a response? Please help, Thanks.

Your forum account was here was just created today so it would have been impossible to message xfinity support as it only becomes possible to use direct messaging after your first post.

In addition it it against Xfinity Forum Guidelines and Xfinity Forum Acceptable Use Policy to send an unsolicited DM. Doing so could lead it to be ignored. 

Please post your issue in public in the corresponding forum so that it can be viewed by other fellow customers trying to help or by an Official Employee of the Digital Care Team.
