Can't get Diamond Perks.
I clicked from 3 laptops, and 2 cellphones and I got an error message. I am a Diamond member and your app/webpage has errors on it. It's not on my end, it happening to 3 laptops and 2 cellphones. If it is on my end, I am connected to your network. This happens every time I try to redeem, what will turn out to be a collectors item maybe one day. Why is this happening?

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
