Advice for Xfinity Customers who are not logged into this Community that need help

Thanks to you and your Xfinity Team for working with my via the chat to help resolve my issues.   It means a lot in these times..... I highly recommend signing up to this Xfinity Community as it is a real time source of help.  If you need personal attention they will help you in personal chat.  You can set up your own Board to address an issue if you do not find the answer online yet.  There is only so much the chat bot can do so it is worth signing in and participating in this Community Forum to have your problems resolved.  I know as a customer it may be frustrating not being able to do this through phone but many still don't have service at all so they do not have the  human power to take so many calls.  Be patient and use this forum as it was such a game changer in taking that extra stress off of us when things in SW Florida are hard enough.  Thanks Xfinity!

Thanks for the positive comment @user_fb73e0 .  It's very nice to read when someone has had a positive experience here.  We try to do our best and the official employees are committed to helping out however they can, and I can tell you they are disappointed when they aren't able to help.

Florida got hit very hard this time and the loss of life is staggering [120 the last count I heard].  So much devastation.  My heart hurts for Ft. Myers Beach as well as Sanibel Island.  I've been through a few of the hurricanes there when I lived there, but nothing like this.  Nothing will be the same ever again.

You gave some good advice.  Thank you!  And I hope that you and your loved ones are safe and didn't lose much.

Thank you so much for all your kind words. Our Digital Care Team works very hard to provide excellent customer service here in the Xfinity Forum. To your point, is not always instantaneous, however, there is an abundance of knowledge going into those employee responses. Also, our Forum Experts, like @Again, are known for providing some of our best Accepted Solutions and answers too.
