XG1v4 4K Upgrade?
I have an older XG2v2 box and it is very glitchy, was trying to get the upgrade to the XG1v4 4k box, can someone assist with that please?

Hey @user_9d1459, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. With having the XG2v2, we would be unable to upgrade to our XG1v4 as the XG1v4 is a DVR and the XG2 is a standard set-top box. We would need to upgrade the account to support the full DVR service.
We can look over the current Xfinity billing and services to see how we can add the requirements for the XG1v4.
