Xfinity flex rebooting when opening apps

Xfinity keeps power cycling (rebooting) when I open an app.

@Fordified Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. Are you still seeing an issue with the Flex box? Please let us know after a full modem power cycle and power cycle of the flex box if you are still seeing an issue. We are here to assist you 24/7.
