What sort of connection issues are you having on Xfinity Flex? Are you getting any error messages or codes? Has it already been set up and activated?

My internet is working fine with all devices but I can’t get my flex to find my networks. I have reset it several times. I have tried manually connecting to a new network. I have tried using the wps. Nothing works. It had been working fine for 2 months and now won’t connect. Please help
