When will you fix the disconnect between Amazon Prime and the subscription services through then?

I am deeply disappointed to discover that I cannot access subscription services that I have signed up for through Prime. Whatever contract you have with them should not negate my contract with Prime and, for example, Paramount Plus. When will you fix this issue??

@user_11996c This isn't an issue with Xfinity. It's the way the subscriptions work when you sign up for them through Amazon Prime. You have to access the channel through the Prime Video app. Which albeit is a bit clunky from using the app directly. The only way around this is to cancel your subscription through Prime, then sign up again on the Paramount+ web site.

Then you can use your credentials to login through the Paramount+ app on any of your devices. BTW, they currently have a promo code for a free month! BETWEEN

I just signed up recently.
