Hey there user_73317r, I really appreciate you visiting our Forum for existing answers related to your TV Box app issue. It's possible that closed post may not be related since it was created last year, so I'd like to make sure we get on the same page. Are you only experiening issues with Netflix? Is this happening on multiple TV Boxes? And, have you attempted any troubleshooting steps? That way we don't repeat anything that may not be needed.
