If you are a current subscriber to our NOW Internet or Xfinity Prepaid Internet, the cable modem is customer owned equipment and we do not provide upgrades. The equipment used with the NOW Internet and Xfinity Prepaid services are the only modems we provide for purchase. As it is customer owned equipment, we do not provide equipment swaps, upgrades, and more.
