How do I unsubscribe from an app? I was trying to log into my Starz account on the flex device and it subscribed me for a new account so now I’m paying for 2 Starz accounts.

@XfinityFrank@user_9652a9 This customer needs to cancel their Starz subscription with you. They already have a Starz sub and was trying to login using their current credentials. Since the Starz app on Flex doesn't allow this, they accidentally subscribed again.
