Stuck on setup

Xumo box will not complete setup. Gets stuck after entering PIN on checking your status. I’ve reset it, exchanged it, reset it again and again and again. Nothing works. Tried the chat and that was a joke. Got nowhere as usual. Been fighting this over a month. Paying for service that I cannot use!
