Streaming Flex box

Wow, Comcast. Twice now I've been sent a streaming Flex box (I guess that's what it's called though it doesn't say as much on the packaging) so I can potentially be wooed away from Netflix and Hulu by watching the Peacock thing. Neither box worked.

 

You'd think a person would get used to disappointment from Comcast but I still am surprised and a little bummed each time.

 

Has anyone else had the remote fail to pair with the box? It's like Im poking a platic spatula for all the good it does, both times.

Can you try unpairing the remote by visiting xfinity.com/unpair and please Make sure your pointing the remote at the box and are close to it.

Let us know if that helps.

It finally worked . minus the volume on the infinity remote.

Need help. I have xfinity modem and xfinity flex box. I do NOT have cable therefore I do not have an xfinity remote. I'm trying to pair flex remote and also connect the flex box to my tv and internet. Just keeps going back and forth from the welcome msg to connecting to your entertainment experience???
