@user_75e6f8 You are responsible for the equipment. If you change or cancel your service, you need to return the Flex box. Xfinity will charge a fee for non-returned equipment. Since the item was stolen, you could file a police report. Perhaps letting your ex roommate know that you will do that might expedite it's return!
