Return Flex box

I deactivated my flex and need to return it.  The nearest Xfinity Store is 35 miles away, and I am not driving that far just to return the box.  So what is the next step

tony166 Hi there! This is a great question. You can return your equipment to any UPS store along with our service centers. I'm so glad we offer UPS as an option for customers who do not live near an official service center. You can view the formal return process to our UPS stores here:
