Peacock 4 Second Audio Delays

I am experiencing this delay on any program that is NOT on DEMAND such as news channels. Movies are ok. I got support from Peacock who advise that I need to contact Xfinity but support on Xfinity is a joke, I cannot get past the AI Chat bots and I get sent to troubleshooting or Peacock pages over and over again.
