No Crunchyroll or Funimation???

I hate that Flex doesn't have Crunchyroll or Funimation!?! Why don't you have at least one of these? Please add soon.

We seriously need the funimation app. I personally pay for a subscription to funimation, but if I can't use it, then I'll send this Flex back and go get a fire stick.

We are sorry to hear that you wish to possibly return the Xfinity Flex set-top box. There are other amazing and great features and applications that are available on the device that you can most certainly take advantage of such as the Xfinity Voice Remote, HBO Max, Hulu, and many more.

 

If you do wish to return the set-top box, we do provide a variety of quick and convenient ways to return the device such as visiting a local Xfinity Store, local UPS Store (Package and Ship for no charge), or print a return label from our Digital Return Center. I would also like to express interest in Funimation and other anime apps. Its very disappointing to see the lack of decent apps and a whole lot of $$$ apps. If you guys haven't yet realized, Anime is pretty much the largest consumed media on the planet right now, next to manga. It would be ludicrous to not jump at that cash cow.

Food for thought for the suits up stairs.

Adding my support for Crunchyroll on the Flex.  Not having it means I'll spend more time watching my computer than my TV, and my flex will remain the forgotten box in the corner.  I haven't missed it in the last 45 days, and I guess I won't miss it in the next 45 either.

We still need a Crunchyroll app on the Flex.  This is a critical oversite and anime is vastly underrepresented without it.
