New Xumo Box - have to go through setup every time I power on

Got a new xumo box last week, every time I power up it makes me go through setup as if it’s the first time im using it.  This also requires me to add and log into each streaming service all over again.  Really annoying.  This doesn’t happen on my other xumo box.

@XfinityShawn​ no error message, it just starts up from scratch like there’s zero memory of already having gone through setup.

@user_c00aea My team can further help you on our end. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
