Need to cancel Disney+ that was purchased through the Flex device
When I go to Apps and Subscriptions on the Flex device, it tells me to go to the Disney+ website to manage my subscription.
When I go to the Disney+ website it tells me to go to the Comcast website to manage my subscription, but the link they provide to go to the Comcast website is broken.

I need to cancel this Disney+ subscription somehow. Thanks.

After working together our team was able to stop cherges for the Disney+ subscription and also advise you on how to cancel the subscription in the Disney+ app as well.
