Mobile casting doesn’t work, despite having Cisco XB3 and setting turned on?

I’ve gone through the guides several times and checked all my settings, but none of the devices in my house detect the Flex as a streaming device for YouTube, Netflix or Spotify. This is incredibly annoying as it means I can’t create a YouTube queue that doesn’t continue auto playing once it’s over. I have a Cisco XB3 gateway from Xfinity, all devices including the Flex are connected to our Wi-Fi network (I also tried Ethernet. And disconnecting and reconnecting the flex from Wi-Fi). The mobile casting setting is enabled. Is there something I’m missing?
