Your final bill will include an unreturned equipment fee for the unreturned flex box. You should just pay that final bill as normal. If you come across the flex box in the future you can simply return it to have the fee removed and credited to your account. If the credit results in an overpayment you will be due a refund to your last payment method or check if your last payment method is not available.
