Hello there @user_bad486 thanks for o=contacting our Xfinity Support Team over our Forums. We are happy to help you with your flex box. Are you experiencing any issues with it or just trying to do a routinely factory reset?
@XfinityJorge I was trying to do a factory reset before returning the device.
No worries @user_bad486 we do take care of a reset as soon as it comes back in regardless if one has already been done to ensure all data is wiped for the box. If you would like to do the factory reset before getting the flexbox to us you can:
