I am unable to log into my email account with comcast, I was told I would be able to use this as long as I checked my email.

My email account is not being recognized, I use it for many things.

user_ezxj7j It sounds like you are needing to update your password. There is a certain for password complexity. If our system deems the existing password was not meeting complexity standards, the account will need to have the password updated to typically 

 

Detailed Password Requirements:
  • Length: The password must be between 8 and 16 characters in length. 
     
  • Character Types: It must include at least one uppercase letter (A-Z), one lowercase letter (a-z), one number (0-9), and one special character (!@# etc.). 
     
  • Uniqueness: The password should not be easily guessed, such as "abc123". 
     
  • Avoidance: It should not contain your first name, last name, or username.

I have the same problem, it does not have anything to do with passwords.  I will no longer recognize my email account.  I can not even get to the part where you are to enter the password.

I use my email at least weekly if not more.  This is frustrating, please fix this.

Same.  Will not recognize any of our comcast email account usernames.  This is the 2nd time Xfinity has done this to us.

I am having the same issue on phone and on computer.  Can't find a phone number to speak to a person.  Very frustrating!

I have the same problem. Just started today. It doesn’t recognize my email as my id to login. Never gets to the password part. This is happening on my iPhone. I login many times a day normally.

This is happening to me too.  It has happened before -- Xfinity keeps telling me it is an incorrect login.  It's the same login name as my email account name.  Now all of a sudden it's not recognized.

Happened to me 2 days ago saying "invalid user ID." After several hours of trying, it finally accepted my ID and worked for a day. This morning it is back to not letting me login. Very frustrating

Just to keep this on someone's radar, I too am now having this issue. Logs in normally with Edge, but when using Chrome, I'm told that my USERID does not exist. Same with my Phone number.

I cannot get into my email on two of my accounts for three days. BOTS are useless and at stage now working with Verizon to after over 10 years of AT&T, Comcast and Xfinity for ALL services I am just about done. GOLD status and longevity meaning nothing to this company.
