How to factory reset the flex steaming box
I am going to return it to xfinity, I want to clear all my personal information on it, however I cannot find a way to factory reset it, it comes with XR16 remote. Does anyone know how to do that? Thanks.
I have called customer service but the only answer that the representative knew was keeping saying that you don’t need to worry about your personal information.
